members of the Investigation Service P., Officers of the Judicial Police,
assistant officer of the Lord Prosecutor of the King,

Interrogate in Gent in the localities of the judicial police, de named

PANOUSSIS Zenon Basil
    born in Cairo (Egypt) on 20 October 1956
    living in 1093XA AMSTERDAM,
    Tweede Van Swindenstraat 188

who states to us in English:

"      I wish to speak English and to use this language in court cases. I do read and understand Dutch, I myself do not speak the Dutch language.

I take notice of the fact that:
-I can request that all the questions and the anwsers that I will give will be noted in the used language
-that on my request certain investigations can be undertaken or that a certain hearing can be taken
-that I can use all the documents in my possession and and that I can ask that they be added to my 'proces-verbaal' or put down to the clerck's office.
